Very simple:
it permits what we asked them to permit and it is archived in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Affairs :D.

...then, the question becomes, what exactly does this permission "permit"? it should hang in our project space in case anyone has any doubts or questions...what "truth" does it give to this project, and how to really know what it says (beyond simple translation)?

note no special paper or letterhead, simply a letter...could one permission give way to many more renegade permissions? where is the archive of all the permissions (the Office of Dead Letters/the Ministry of Haphazard Permissions/the Secretary of Subjective Projects, for example)?
